If you do the speed sticks first you can get them for 3.96 +tax get the 5 dollar ECB then use that to get the toothpast and a pack of gum (to cover the overage or if you dont have coupons for them) then use the 4$ ECB from the transaction and use it to get the nivia lip products pay nothing and get the $3 ECB for next week. either way works. this is how i did mine a while back before my nivia coupons expired!
