Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie :P


Okay! How Good do these look!!

For the Peanut Butter Smoothie:
1 Banana
3 TBSP peanut butter
1-1/2 cups almond milk

For the Blueberry "Jelly":
1 cup frozen blueberries (feel free to use your favorite berry!)
1 cup almond milk (you might not use it all!)
Fresh Blueberries (for garnish)

Blend the peanut butter smoothie ingredients together. Make sure this part of the smoothie is not too thick. You can add more peanut butter if you want to. Pour this into your glass and set aside. 
Blend the blueberry ingredients together. Don't add all the almond milk at once! Just add enough so that you get a thick,icy mixture.

If you want to get that pretty, layered look; pour the blueberry portion into the glass slowly at first then just plop the mixture in. Or you can spoon it in to get a get better control of the mixture. You can add the fresh blueberries on top or whichever fruit you used. If you use strawberries, I'd slice one so it can rest on the rim of the glass.
