You can score these for FREE at Walmart (you may also find $.99 eyeliners here) and at CVS. They both have them at $.99 or lower! Last time this coupon came out I scored enough to donate some to the ladies abuse shelter and also put them in gift baskets!
So check your RP inserts- Unfortunately they were regional, so not everyone was lucky enough to score them :/
