Yup that is me at the end of fall.... *Sigh* but no more because....

I am glad you are here and will be following me on my journey. After having 2 children. I never lost weight from the first one, and then having the second one. Topping that off with 2 C-sections, what can I say the pounds packed on. I tried diet after diet trends; and lost some weight here and there then gave up once I found myself hungry.
Every time my clothes got tight I just bought a bigger size, telling myself that I would lose the weight after the holidays... in spring.. during summer so I could wear that little black dress that had now become 10 sizes too small at the New Years Eve Party!! That is no lie... year after year those were my excuses. I do remember what thin was like, but barely. Then the day came, I sat down in a baggy pair of PJ pants, so baggy that I grabbed the sides so it does not bunch up as I sit under my butt. Well, this time I grabbed too much and as I sat down my favorite PJ pants split .... While this may seem funny to me in a way; I knew it was the point in my life where I could no longer say "..after the holidays... in spring.. during summer" or any other excuse!
It is time, but with so many different ways to change my lifestyle where should I start?? I have this pretty amazing friend, Jenn, who recently started her new lifestyle change with Nutrisystem. I did some research into Nutrisystem and loved what I learned. So here I am, soon I am going to be starting Day 1 of my lifestyle change as soon as my food arrives. I hope you stick with me on my journey through this process. I know I will have slumps everyone does, times when I don't want to exercise, but I will.
