So last week I told you about some of the foods I eat on Nutrisystem. This week I figured I would talk about some of my supplies. To the left in the picture is the handy water bottle. It holds 32 ounces of water and makes it easy to get the full amount of water I need. I just need to make sure that I drink 2 bottles a day. It is much easier then drinking from small bottles and glasses and wondering if I drank 64 ounces of water today.
In the middle is one of the extra delicious protein shakes. My favorite shakes are Chocolate & Coffee. Coffee is my number 1 choice, it kind of makes me feel like I am drinking a iced latte only thicker :) I am not a huge vanilla or strawberry person to start with in any type of food, but I did give them a try. They were pretty good considering they were vanilla (definitely reminds me of a regular vanilla shake) & strawberry. The beauty of this program is that even though they were good, they are just not my "cup of tea". So this month I just ordered chocolate and coffee protein shake.This program is all about choice, and the food that you love in sensible portions. It has been 2 weeks and honestly I have not been hungry at all. I wish I would have discovered the Nutrisystem program years ago!
To the left in this picture is the Nutrisystem shaker, and that is also a very handy device. It travels easy and it shakes up your drink to a thick and foamy masterpiece. The Nutrisystem plan really does think of everything and they set you up for success!
Last week I had my first weigh in and I lost 9 lbs, now it is my second week. So here is what you have been waiting for ...... I lost 5 lbs my second week!!! In 2 weeks I am down 14 lbs! I am down 8 inches off my hips & 3 inches off my waist! WOO HOO!! Now that is weigh loss! I know on the average I should only expect to lose 1-2 lbs a week, but I would be lying if I did not tell you that I am thrilled!! I owe it all to this fabulous Nutrisystem plan. I said last week visualization works really well when thinking of what I lost.. so this week I say visualize a 10 lbs bag of potatoes & 16 sticks of butter and that is what I shed in ONLY 2 weeks!
I am so excited that I am actually going to try something new this week... Zumba! So make sure you come back next week to see how much I have lost and if I survived Zumba class ;)
