****Nutrisystem Weigh In Time!! Check out How Much I lost this week!****

 

So today officially starts my 8th week on Nutrisystem! It went by so quick I can barely believe it!! It was really warm here today so I have few pair of Capri's that I have not even attempted to look at until today.  Guess what?? I fit them all!- Now I can't wait to tell you that they are all way too big on me ;)

I was really worried because last week I could not eat all the food I was suppose to on my Nutrisystem plan because I came down with the stomach flu for 3 days, and even though I was trying to eat what I needed to I found that I just couldn't.  I also could not drink water either like I need to. Plus, to top it all off I missed my 2 gym days. I tried to make up for it by walking when I felt better but I did not feel good for at least 5 days. 

So, when I stepped on the scale this morning I was biting my lip and dreading the number that was going to show up on the scale... I couldn't believe it I am down 3 more pounds! I have officially lost 28 pounds!! Keeping the visual - that is (2)- Ten pound bags of Potatoes, A bag of sugar & 12 sticks of butter... yup that is A LOT of weight to have carried around!!!

I still have my eyes on the goal, but I am thrilled with what I have lost to date! Next week I will post my first picture since the starter picture I originally posted. So don't miss it! I am 2 pounds away from 30 pounds; and my goal is to make sure that they are gone by next weigh in and that means I will be getting my 3rd Nutribear soon!
